The Board of Directors of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited (PSH) has resolved to appoint Mr. Rungroj Rangsiyopas as the new Chairman of the Board, succeeding Dr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul, who has retired at the age of 72 in accordance with the company's charter. This appointment will take effect from January 1, 2025.

Mr. Rungroj Rangsiyopas

Mr. Rungroj holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and previously served as the President and CEO of SCG from 2016 to 2023. He has extensive expertise in business management, economics, and investment in large organizations at both regional and global levels. He has played a significant role in formulating policies for sustainable development and growth through strategic planning, international relations, risk management, crisis management, and marketing both domestically and internationally.

Additionally, the meeting also resolved to appoint Mr. Manpong Senanurak as an Independent Director and as the Chairman of the Investment Committee, effective from January 1, 2025.

Mr. Manpong holds an MBA in Finance and Quantitative Analysis from Cleveland State University in the United States. He is a former Deputy Manager and Head of the Securities Issuance Department at the Stock Exchange of Thailand. He possesses knowledge in financial structuring, business structuring, and business strategy development, along with experience in investment banking management and expertise in finance for private companies and financial institutions.

This executive appointment aims to strengthen the organization and drive the business towards sustainable growth under the concept of “Live Well, Stay Well.” Currently, Pruksa Holding's business is divided into two main groups: Real Estate, focusing on developing projects that meet the needs of quality living for all customer segments, including the development of wellness residences, leveraging the strength of having Vimut Hospital in its group to enhance quality living; and Healthcare, which aims to elevate comprehensive health care and improve the quality of life on a broad scale.
